Public, synthetic turf, soccer fields have recently become a reality in Louisville, Kentucky through the efforts of the Louisville Parks Foundation. The small-sided soccer field was built at Beechmont Community Center in Louisville, in collaboration with the Louisville City Football Club and generous donations.
